Vinyasa Yoga- 
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movement.  Our all levels classes feature sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, dynamic stretching, core work, inversions and breathing techniques. This practice will build stamina and strength, improve balance, promote weight loss, and reduce stress. Participants will appreciate the meditative quality and see the benefits in their lives off the mat as well! Vinyasa classes are free for members to attend.
Yoga Sculpt-
Sculpt classes are for those who want a lot of sweat with their yoga! Our instructors will lead you through a full-body strength training work out with an emphasis on core. Light weights and high repetition is the hallmark of this class which incorporates cardio, yoga flow sequences and yoga stretches. Expect a high energy booty kick along with a positive message, fun music and a smile! Sculpt classes are free for members to attend.
Acro Yoga-
A specialty yoga class that is performed in pairs. No partner or experience is necessary to attend and enjoy the benefits of this playful and exciting practice.  Our instructors will safely lead you through the basic roles of acro (base, flyer and spotter) through a variety of poses, transitions, inversions and dynamic group work. All are welcome to come play! Acro classes are free for members to attend.
This specialty class will be offered in four week sessions to allow participants to practice and build upon skills and confidence. Slackline yoga is the art of connecting your breath to stabilize movement while balancing on a 1-inch yoga “mat.” You’ll gain confidence, a greater body awareness, and more core strength. Your instructor will cover groundline work for the slackline fundamentals: standing, sitting, and kneeling on the line. When not on the line, participants will otherwise be engaged practicing yoga postures meant to compliment and enhance the slackline experience. No prior slackline experience is required. This class is offered during warm weather months (May – October) in 4 week segments. Members receive a discount for the workshop.

Circuit Training-
Maximize your time working out with this amazing circuit class that utilizes HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and toning exercises to tax every muscle group. These classes are for everyone and you will challenge your body each time with the variety of sequences built around a selection of equipment including kettle balls, free weights, ropes and spin bikes, by our creative and motivating instructors. Members pay a small fee for each class or can opt for a unlimited monthly add on option if they are regular users.
