Favorite Strengthening Exercise:  I like to incorporate kettle bells and exercises that intentionally force the body to focus on small stabilizer muscles.  The bosu ball is a not-so-secret training weapon of mine. 🙂

Other Likes: Climbing and hanging out with my family, playing music, practicing yoga,  traveling as often as possible, and skiing.
