Our Summer Camp isn’t just about climbing (though there’s a LOT of that). It’s about kids building confidence, making new friends, and pushing themselves in ways they didn’t think were possible—all while having an absolute blast.

If you’re looking for a camp where your kid comes home tired, proud, and excited to come back the next day… this is it.

Join us for (3) consecutive Tuesday night climbing sessions at 7pm, plus get enrolled in our Learn to Belay class – all for only $50. Start any Tuesday that works for you!

Your first Tuesday class, you’ll be coached by Matt, one of ÜG’s owners, who provides personalized instruction to help you build confidence, improve your skills, and connect with other ÜG climbers.

 

Cheapest Yoga/Fitness Class in CR!

All of our Yoga & Fitness classes are only $10! No membership required. No expensive studio fees. Just great instructors, a welcoming community, and an awesome workout.

Even better? All classes are FREE for members!

Girls Just Wanna Climb!

Every Thursday night starting at 6pm Tess, one of our members, will be helping make introductions, answer questions, and help ease you into climbing if this is your first time.

So much of climbing is the community! And these women are welcoming and simply fun to hang with.

We want to give high school students (ages 14-18) the cheapest opportunity to climb this school year with their friends on Friday nights after 6pm all summer long!

  • $10 to climb!
  • $15 to climb and rent shoes & harness!

Ideal place for HS students to be active and have fun with friends!

Wanna connect with other climbers here at ÜG or even outside?

This is a great way to connect with other climbers verse the ‘ole white board. Always fun things going on that you are invited to join!

So much of climbing is the friendships and community you make! Matt, one of ÜG’s owners, has a growing this Tuesday night climbing crew with climber’s trading belays and support. So, if you are interested in climbing with new people and getting help improving, this group is for you!

No extra cost for members and day pass or punch card users are welcome to join, too!

As one small locally, owned and run business, we want to help our members who also have small businesses.

Youth Programs

Is your kiddo climbing on EVERYTHING? Sounds like our Chipmunks Climbing Club could be a great fit! These are (4) 45min sessions with a 1:3 ratio of student to instructor to help your climber reach new heights on walls that they SHOULD be climbing!

Join our waitlist to be the first notified of our next class! 

This two-hour on-going club that runs throughout the entire year. Its a great crew of kids that enjoy climbing with other teens with some climbing casually and others pushing themselves more.

K-12 Climbing League

Great low stress competition for youth once a month! It’s a great way to give kids challenges and climb in a comp setting without stress and compete against other kids their own age.

Membership Perks

Members can take this class FOR FREE! It’s the best way to get off our auto belays and take advantage of all our ropes!

And come Tuesday nights at 7pm to meet other adult climbers and trade belays.

ALL ÜG members get one day pass every calendar month to each of The CLIMB Pass participating facilities.

A 75 minute yoga basics class, perfect for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners Students will learn breathing techniques, common postures and alignment principles. This class focuses on building a solid foundation using basic yoga principals that can be used in our faster paced vinyasa and power vinyasa classes.

Join us for this 45 min high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise with this full body work out! Jennifer will help get you fit in this class! It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Let’s be honest – no one really loves core exercises after the first few minutes by themselves. But when you push through together with others for only 45 mins (including warm-up and cool-down), then it makes the core workout considerable better!

Like all our classes, you can make this as easy or hard for yourself as you want. The hardest part of this core class is just getting to this class! Join us!

Yin Yoga is deep muscular release with the lights down to create a calming environment. The idea is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Poses are held for 2 to 8 minutes and is a great way to stretch bodies that are climbing often.

Vinyasa yoga, also called flow, is one of the most popular types of yoga because of its fast-paced, fitness-based approach. It strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. Build strength and stretch your body!
