Grab your hardhat and get ready for Übergrippen’s First Annual Workers Comp! We will be hosting a USA Climbing comp from 8am to 4pm and will be closed to the public. With a friendly Citizen’s Comp (and regular open climbing) in the evening with over $5000 Prizes that are ALL given away in a Raffle Style – so anyone can win! More details to come!

So much of climbing is the friendships and community you make! Matt, one of ÜG’s owners, has a growing this Tuesday night climbing crew with climber’s trading belays and support. So, if you are interested in climbing with new people and getting help improving, this group is for you! No extra cost for members and day pass or punch card users are welcome to join, too!

This is a great night to get introduced to climbing and meet a lot of other ladies & moms new to it, too!

Designed for middle and high schoolers and their parents, this class uses rock climbing to build trust, confidence, and coping skills in a supportive environment. Through movement and teamwork, families will strengthen connections, develop self-regulation strategies, and have fun reaching new heights—together! No experience needed.

This class starts in April – please join the waitlist to help us find the ideal class time.

NEW CLASS: SATURDAY MORNINGS!

Align & Flow is a yoga class designed for all levels, focusing on safe alignment to minimize injury while building strength, flexibility, and mobility. Each session flows progressively, preparing the body for a peak pose through intentional sequences that open specific areas. Modifications are offered throughout to ensure accessibility and growth for everyone.

We are open until 10pm on Friday Nights and want to give all High School kids a great location to be active and meet others for ONLY $10 after 7pm! Gear rental can be added on for another $5.

This Jüggerknot Youth Climbing League is meant to be a super low stress intro to climbing competitions for K-12 climbers! We have divisions for Elementary (Primary), Middle, and High School students, so anyone can participate.

The climbing competitions will consist of bouldering and roped climbs (only roped for primary division) as climbers work towards earning the title of “Champion” of their league division.

Is your kiddo climbing on EVERYTHING? Sounds like our Chipmunks Climbing Club could be a great fit! These are (4) 45min sessions with a 1:3 ratio of student to instructor to help your climber reach new heights on walls that they SHOULD be climbing!

Starting Saturday January 4th at 9am! 

This is the best starting point for your young climbers to get them started with climbing! After this class, they may be able to join our Clubs or Teams. Ideal for kids 6-8 and 9-13 years of age!

This two-hour on-going club that runs throughout the entire year. Its a great crew of kids that enjoy climbing with other teens with some climbing casually and others pushing themselves more.

ALL ÜG members get one day pass every calendar month to each of The CLIMB Pass participating facilities.

Terence has been working with us for the last 2.5 years, teaching a number of our adult climbing classes. Next time you see him, congratulate him for his service with the Air Force as he just retired after 28 years of service. He’s been assigned to places like Las Vegas, Ohio, Georgia, The Air Force Academy, and most recently with the Pentagon.

Join us for this 45 min high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise with this full body work out! Jennifer will help get you fit in this class! It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Yin Yoga is deep muscular release with the lights down to create a calming environment. The idea is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Poses are held for 2 to 8 minutes and is a great way to stretch bodies that are climbing often.

Let’s be honest – no one really loves core exercises after the first few minutes by themselves. But when you push through together with others for only 45 mins (including warm-up and cool-down), then it makes the core workout considerable better!

Like all our classes, you can make this as easy or hard for yourself as you want. The hardest part of this core class is just getting to this class! Join us!

Fit Flow combines aspects of toning and strengthening from fitness modalities like HIIT and calisthenics (FIT) with fluid and constant movement from power vinyasa yoga (FLOW).

Round out your fitness with Chris Messina. He is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, former Cat 1 XC MTB racer, USA powerlifting coach, middling climber, and passionate advocate for functional movement.

A 75 minute yoga basics class, perfect for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners Students will learn breathing techniques, common postures and alignment principles. This class focuses on building a solid foundation using basic yoga principals that can be used in our faster paced vinyasa and power vinyasa classes.

Vinyasa yoga, also called flow, is one of the most popular types of yoga because of its fast-paced, fitness-based approach. It strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. Build strength and stretch your body!
