Our Ladies Climbing Night have become very popular for both brand new guests on their first time climbing and our regular members to climb together, trade belays, be social, and have fun!
Ladies Climbing Night is now sponsored by Arc’teryx Outlet! Meaning they will purchase the climber’s Day Pass for those who want to join for their first Ladies Night – so come on by to say HI, meet other female climbers, and be an active part of our climbing community with your first time with this crew FOR FREE!
With requests to open this up to more kids, we expanded our Youth Climbing League to include all kids from K-12! Your climber doesn’t need to be on a team and all abilities are welcome, but this is our second year of running this and it has been great for the kids! Scoring will group kids in 3 divisions: Primary, Middle School, and High School.
If you are a coach or a climber that wants to join or start a team, please send an email to youth.cr@ugclimbing.com and we’ll be happy to work with you.
Dr. Juliana Merighi, a Physical Therapist at Physio Room in Highlands Ranch, is offering a FREE Physical Therapy Screen to help you identify any areas that you can improve – Get Stronger Smarter!
We have had a number of members see Juliana with various climbing pains over the last few months and we continue to get very positive reviews regarding their treatment from Dr. Juliana.
This two-hour on-going club that runs throughout the entire year is led by our professional coaches to help guide high school climbers interested in learning basic climbing skills, improving skills already learned and/or training to compete for their High School in the American Scholastic Climbing League in a fun and friendly environment.
All students must be top rope belay certified to join this club. If they are not, they may take our Learn to Belay Class belay course before joining the class.

Do you (or someone you know) want to teach yoga here with us? We are looking for someone to teach Saturday mornings (around 10am) – we have been providing a Vinyasa class, but are open to what you can bring to engage our climbing community.
On top of getting paid for teaching, we provide punch passes or discounts for our monthly memberships. Reach out to Lauren (lauren@ugclimbing.com) if you are interested.
Join us for this 45 min interval training exercise with this full body work out! Jennifer will help get you fit in this class! It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
Monday & Wednesday with Jen
Let’s be honest – no one really loves core exercises after the first few minutes by themselves. But when you push through together with others for only 45 mins (including warm-up and cool-down), then it makes the core workout considerable better!
Like all our classes, you can make this as easy or hard for yourself as you want. The hardest part of this core class is just getting to this class! Join us!

Fit Flow combines aspects of toning and strengthening from fitness modalities like HIIT and calisthenics (FIT) with fluid and constant movement from power vinyasa yoga (FLOW).
Wednesdays with Rhonda
Vinyasa yoga, also called flow, is one of the most popular types of yoga because of its fast-paced, fitness-based approach. It strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. Build strength and stretch your body!

Adult Programs
95%+ of our adult members and guests so far are not climbers. With many of them completely new to climbing, a handful share fun stories of climbing a few times years ago and are excited to get more into it.
So, we offer a lot to help beginners get more comfortable with climbing by teaching them first how to belay so they can take advantage of our 70 top ropes. And then our Movement climbing series has been amazing in teaching adults how to climb more efficiently, because climbing is more about technique and body position than it is about strength.
Come in and talk with our front desk and we’ll be happy to share options to help you achieve your own goals.
