Working at ÜGCR
As a brand-new facility with plans to open mid-September (with a grand opening October 1st of 2021), we are looking to hire both full-time and part-time staff for this location.
We are looking for staff that:
- Is passionate about climbing and the climbing community – and it doesn’t matter how hard you climb (unless you are a setter) if you are enthusiastic and outgoing!
- Able to be respectful & create positive interactions with others – always making sure people leave the facility feeling better than when they came in.
- Are motivated and driven and go above and beyond what is asked of them.
- Are interested in learning what we have done to make Übergrippen in Denver successful and are excited to help improve upon it down in Castle Rock.
- Has common sense and good critical judgment – this extends to your interactions with staff & members/guests both in and outside the facility.
- Are committed to continuous improvement on themselves and helping us improve our own processes.
We recognize that not all potential employees will have the required experience needed for working in a climbing facility – and that’s ok! For the right candidates, we’ll provide the necessary training and support to help you achieve success in your role.
