We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and growth-minded individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. These roles go beyond supervision — it’s about mentorship, leadership, and helping kids build confidence through movement, challenge, and community. All applicants must be belay certified with us — there is no cost to take this test.
As a Camp Counselor, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and fun environment for kids. You’ll help create an unforgettable summer experience rooted in encouragement, adventure, and personal growth.
Camp
Counselor
- Hiring Ages: 15 years old to any age!
- Hourly Rate: $15.16 + Free Summer Membership
During the summer, you’ll lead our camps. This position also carries the expectation that during the school year, you’ll work school year camps, host birthday parties, and coach our Akademie/Club programs. This is ideal if you have previous experience as a Jr. Camp Counselor.
CIT
(Counselor In Training)
- Ages: 12 years old – 15 years old
- Hourly Rate: Free Summer Membership
This position is well-suited for those that have been previous ÜG campers who who have shown responsibility and leadership potential and can help lead other youth by example. This position is only for this summer.
