
This class is designed for middle and high schoolers and their parents and uses rock climbing to build trust, confidence, and coping skills in a supportive environment. Through movement and teamwork, families will strengthen connections, develop self-regulation strategies, and have fun reaching new heights—together!
No experience needed.
Class Goals:
- Use movement to support self-regulation and emotional well-being
- Build trust and communication within neurodivergent families
- Develop climbing skills in a fun, supportive environment
- Learn coping strategies for managing challenges on and off the wall
- Foster a sense of community through group discussions and teamwork.
What to Expect:
Duration: 8 weeks, 1 Class a Week
Schedule: Thursday nights starting April 3rd from 5:30pm-7:30pm
Each session includes:
- An hour+ of climbing and skill-building
- Group discussions on supporting each other in a neurodivergent family

Tess is passionate about helping neurodivergent kids and their families build confidence, connection, and coping skills through climbing. With a background in childhood development, ADHD, autism, giftedness, anxiety (GAD), and OCD, she understands the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. Her goal is to create a fun, supportive space where movement becomes a tool for self-regulation, trust, and growth—both on and off the wall!
