The Application
Welcome to ÜG – Castle Rock’s Counselor In Training program! This summer, 2 CIT’s per week, ages 14 & 15 will have the opportunity to learn from the pros; From our CampGrippen Counselors as they shadow and have an opportunity to lead a group of up to 10 campers through some activities around the Crag!
Counselors In Training should treat this program as their FIRST JOB. We commonly hire last year’s CITs as camp counselors in the future, so this may be their best shot at getting hired as a counselor at ÜG – Castle Rock.

Counselors In Training will have the opportunity to learn:
- Leadership skills
- Group management skills
- CPR & First Aid skills

Counselors In Training will receive:
- A CampGrippen t-shirt
- A free summer membership from June 1st – August 31st
