Übergrippen will in good faith attempt to match any price of identical climbing gear our customers find from an AUTHORIZED DEALER (no auction sites or clearance sites such as e-bay or Overstock.com). The customer must show that the exact product (size, color, model, year if applicable) is NEW and in stock and must be available for immediate shipment (not backordered). Price match must include any applicable standard shipping costs (must have stated maximum delivery within 5 days). Price match is ONLY AVAILABLE AT TIME OF PURCHASE (we will not provide discounts on past purchases). Discounted purchases are NOT eligible for member dividend. ALL PRICE MATCH SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. MAXIMUM ALLOWED DISCOUNT: 30%

Special Orders

Don’t see what you are looking for? Don’t fret! If we don’t happen to regularly carry OR we happen to be out of stock of the item you’re looking for, we can special order most products from all of the brands we sell, and it will usually be here 1-2 weeks after you order (subject to availability at the distributor). We’d be happy to answer any questions you might have if you reach out in person, by phone, or through email at itsacrag@ugclimbing.com. Special orders for items we do not regularly stock require pre-payment (at time of order). ALL SPECIAL ORDERS SALES ARE FINAL; NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Return & Exchange Policy

All climbing equipment must be UNUSED, in its original packaging, with all tags and manufacturer product notes still attached. Due to the critical nature of climbing equipment, we (like all business that sell climbing gear) cannot accept for return or exchange any equipment that we suspect has been previously used. THANK YOU!
